Your statement is a serious step and may have implications for those affected.
As such, it is important to carefully consider the veracity of the facts observed and the comments made to avoid being considered defamatory.
For your enlightened information the admissibility of the report will be evaluated through the following points:
- does the description describe a prejudicial situation?
- are the reported facts contrary to the law, regulations or code of conduct?
- a possible documentation completes the report (photo, document, video ...)
- is the alert done in good faith?
In a principle of respect for the confidentiality and the legitimate rights of our collaborators all alert will be the object of a rigorous analysis and a detailed instruction.
The author of a good faith alert will be protected from any threat or retaliation and his/her identity will be kept confidential.
Each alert has its own chat system for sending and receiving messages. These exchanges respect the choice of the whistleblowers if they wished to remain anonymous.
The alert of a person who wishes to remain anonymous may be processed, provided that such a report contains sufficiently detailed facts to enable the Legrand Group to carry out the necessary checks for its processing.
Only designated referents will be recipients of information that you will send us through the form. You will be able to follow your report and communicate with the referent (s) through the confidential code generated by the platform during the transmission of your report. Reporting will be subject to rigorous analysis and a detailed instruction.
